Embroidery on your ordered item will add an extra 7 working days. Please ensure the correct spelling and wording, including capitalisation and grammar. Logo’s will be digitised, and a proof copy will be sent for your approval of the logo before we embroider on the product.
Note: Embroidery is usually done on the top left chest pocket. If you require it elsewhere, please specify exactly where you would like the embroidery.
We ship anywhere in South Africa. All our products are shipped with the Courier Guy. Delivery will depend on the stock availability on site. If we have your ordered items in stock, local shipments in Johannesburg are usually delivered within 3-5 working days, and to all other major centres within 5-7 working days, depending on your location.
Incoming stock can take between 2-3 weeks. Personalisation such as embroidery will add an extra 7 working days to your order.
Custom orders (such as extra length pants and extreme sizes) will be made to order and can take 3-4 weeks to manufacture.
After your order has been confirmed you will then receive your tracking details from the Courier Guy.

We have a 14-day return, refund and exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, refund or an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with the original tags, and packaging. You will also need the invoice or proof of purchase.
To initiate the return process, contact us at admin@berrydesigns.co.za with your reason for return, refund or exchange. If your return, refund or is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Your refund will be the amount you paid less all shipping costs.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/refund will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the matter and make a correction accordingly there after.
Non-returnable items / Exceptions
Customized products – special orders or personalized items including embroidered items and/or custom-made products – cannot be returned, unless it was a clear error on our behalf.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If we delivered the incorrect size to you, we will collect and deliver the correct size to you at our cost.
If you wish to change your order size, we will make arrangements with you and the courier for the collection and the return delivery at your cost.
